Booking an appointment
Request an appointment through any booking form on this site, or call us directly. We confirm every request by phone, so please make sure the number you give us is one you answer.
Your first visit
Bring photo identification, any current medication (the boxes are more useful than a list), and any reports or scans you already have. If you are being referred, bring the referral letter.
Because our laboratory, ultrasound and ECG are on site, initial investigations and the consultation that follows can usually happen in the same visit rather than across several.
If you are starting dialysis
Your nephrologist will discuss access with you before treatment begins — the surgically created entry point that allows blood to travel safely to and from the machine. Our vascular team creates and maintains it, and our dietitians will work with you on the dietary changes that accompany treatment.
Between appointments
Home sample collection is available if travelling is difficult, and our pharmacy delivers to patients on long-term treatment. If something changes or you feel unwell, contact us rather than waiting for your next scheduled session.
